“Case study” is a fancy term for a success story that sells. A good customer success story can help prospects remember you, provide social proof, and showcase your process. In Nick’s case, stories were an opportunity to highlight how he helped entrepreneurs utilize customer feedback to improve sales, shift their focus from “perfect” to “good enough to test,” and create systems to bring in consistent revenue.
